These guys were amazing, especially Jordan Galley very thorough through out the whole process, he kept me informed every step of the way, and made the entire process very simple and stress free, selling my grandmothers home with them was the best decision the family could have ever made!! The decision to sell my rental home in Provo, Utah didn’t come easy and more difficult when you live out of state. After fighting squatters for two years and finally, with Joe Homebuyer’s assistance, getting them evicted  there was thousands of dollars in damage and the house was trashed. I will forever be grateful for the phone call I received from Bassim offering to buy my house. When I explained all the suffering I was going through he went to work helping me with the eviction.  He made a fair offer for the house and worked with me on the amount I had to have. We closed the sale with cash in my bank in two days. They helped the renters move their possessions into a storage unit and accepted the job of disposing all of the trash throughout the house. If you want to list your house or accept a cash offer they do both.  They are honest, thorough, fast, helpful and a promise given is a promise kept. I worked with both Jonah and Jackson from Joe Homebuyer and I couldn't have been more pleased with the process. I was able to secure enough money in cash to both settle my Mortgage with Mr. Cooper & pay off NBT Bank for the solar panels. After that, I had 30K to deposit into my bank account and I'm just pleased as punch. It's so funny that Mr. Cooper and other places listed my house in Kearns as being worth $450K but when you really look at it and investigate it, that's a total fantasy. I got $240K. $10K less than I was hoping for but when it came down to brass tacks, with the shape the house was in, it was a very fair offer. Now, to the very best part. Two of my friends who lived in my house with me had a very rocky move and things totally came down to the wire on the very last day for all of us to be clear from the house. Not only did Jackson allow for us to be clear on Midnight of deadline day +1 and in doing so, did not penalize me for the hold over money, but he also gave my friend Charlotte 3 extra days once all of our stuff was clear, to attempt to secure her two cats. One of which disappeared from us until clearence day. We captured him that very day. The other decided to just disappear the day of and we couldn't find hide nor hair of her at all. It took weeks but eventually, as my friend Charlotte kept going back to the house periodically throughout the weeks, the day after Christmas, she went back and heard her cat meow. Called her name, got her secured and is now safe in her new place with her!! I interviewed several companies regarding the purchase of a home held by a trust for which I am the trustee.  It was a complex situation with hoarding issues and a pretty significant state of disrepair, along with tenants who were combatant about having to vacate the property.  After speaking with several companies, it was clear that Joe and his team at Joe Homebuyers was the only choice. Not only do they have an excellent reputation and track record, they have a unique combination of professionalism and empathy that are far too uncommon in today’s business climate that enabled them to navigate some tricky situations we encountered during this process. I have appreciated their transparency and honesty from the start. Their offer was fair, they bought the property as is, and covered all the closing costs. Their communication was consistent, and the teams they have at their disposal able to address many areas of concern. They were able to offer an extended post-sale occupancy, helped find new housing for each of the tenants, provided all the packing materials, hired moving crews to pack up and relocate them, and sourced a storage unit for a short-term. Everyone there was very focused on getting the best end result for everyone involved. Bassim, in particular, went far above and beyond in working to meet the special needs of the tenants, working off hours and on weekends to manage some very difficult challenges with them. He met every new conflict with kindness and patience, always with the goal of easing the transition for them and the positive end result for the trust. He has been an exceptional part in the ultimate success of our contract. I can’t recommend this group highly enough.
